Day 6-while I was pacing the floor

I do not pace the floor. I used to pace if I had to wait , but these days am so much more mellow.

But I do like some of the prompts, so will happily let the words flow from/through in and around them.

Word prompts:
shadows walk with me'
keeping the pace'
between then and now'
moving to breathe'
pacing happy thoughts '

Cinquain is the form I chose for today

Cinquain is a short, usually unrhymed poem consisting of twenty-two syllables distributed as 2, 4, 6, 8, 2, in five lines. It was developed by the Imagist poet, Adelaide Crapsey.

Another form, sometimes used by school teachers to teach grammar, is as follows:

Line 1: Noun
Line 2: Description of Noun
Line 3: Action
Line 4: Feeling or Effect
Line 5: Synonym of the initial noun.

Endless possibility
Lovingly opening

I went for the 2nd option
